The meeting will follow the usual format by beginning with a welcome reception on the evening of February 22nd followed by two days of presentations and project networking.<br /> <br /> The meeting will be held at the Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort (http://www.carlsbadinn.com/) in downtown Carlsbad, CA. The hotel is located on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The average daytime temperature is in the 60’s. The Coaster (http://www.gonctd.com/coaster) commuter train has a stop three blocks away from the hotel. Uber from the San Diego airport is also moderately priced ($40-50), and as the date approaches we can organize ride shares. We have a discounted rate of $159 per room per night. You will need to call 1-800-235-3939 to make the reservation. The block of rooms is held under Northern Arizona University. The hotel has also offered to allow attendees to extend the low rate into the weekend if you’d like to stay (Legoland is 5 miles away).
