<br /> • The hotel the first night (October 6) will likely be Embassy Suites Des Moines Downtown. They have a free shuttle you can take from the Des Moines Airport (DSM). Please arrive by late afternoon on Thursday, October 6.<br /> • We will tour the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden Thursday evening, have a tour stop or two in the Des Moines area Friday morning, then travel to Ames (about 30 miles).<br /> • The business meeting and additional tour stops will be scheduled for Friday the 7th in Ames, probably on the campus of Iowa State University.<br /> • Accommodation will be at a bed and breakfast in Ames the night of Friday the 7th.<br /> • Airport transport will be provided Saturday the 8th after at least one tour stop that morning.<br /> • There is no need to make hotel/B&B reservations at this time. Bill Graves has rooms held and is working on the best way to handle payment. HOWEVER, it is critical for Bill to have a final tally of attendees by Monday, July 25, 2016.<br />
