Arrangements for the annual NC-1181 meeting to take place at the KSU Ag Research Center-Hays on August 11-12 have been made. State reports and planning will occur on August 11 and a tour of the NC-1181 projects will take place at the KSU Hays research center on August 12. The Nebraska Grazing Conference ends the afternoon of Aug. 10th in Kearney, and participants will likely drive to Hays afterward (about 2 hr 45 min drive). <br /> <br /> A block of rooms is being held at the Best Western Butterfield Inn ($99.99 per night, 1010 E 41st St, Hays, KS 67601, 785-621-4337) at Hays for the nights of August 10 and 11. The block of rooms will be held until July 20th, so participants need to reserve their rooms before then. Few hotels had room blocks available because of other events happening in Hays at the time, so folks will want to make sure they get their room reserved asap.<br /> <br /> See you in August in Hays, KS!
