We will be having the meeting at Embassy Suites – Las Vegas. The hotel rate is $139.00 per night. Also attached is a draft for our meeting agenda to help you better prepare for travel to and from Las Vegas. We will have a full day on May 23rd (8am – 5pm) and a half day on May 24th (8am – 12:15pm). The hotel is also charging $600 per day for a conference room, so expect some meeting registration fees to apply. We will get these registration details to group members as soon as they are squared away.
