This memo authorizes the annual meeting of NC 170 for August 4 and 5, 2016, in Buffalo New York. The meeting will begin on August 4 at 8:30 am and end on August 5 at 1:00 pm. The hotel is the Holiday Inn Buffalo and contact information is below. <br /> <br /> Ask for the “NC-170 committee” group rate of $112. Discount coupons will be given for breakfast. Free shuttle to/from airport – just call when you land. Rooms with double beds and king beds are being held. Must make reservation by July 9th to ensure this rate.<br /> <br /> How to get here:<br /> <br /> Direct flights to Buffalo from Chicago, Washington, Atlanta, New York among others. Buffalo is served by Southwest, Delta, US Airways, United and Jet Blue.<br /> <br /> There is also an Amtrak Station downtown (Exchange Street Station). There is an inside waiting room and you can catch a taxi from there to the hotel.<br /> <br /> Bus Station for Greyhound is downtown.
