Statement of Issues and Justification

The NCRA Carinata Committee will provide a mechanism to organize the advancement of Carinata. It also provides a structure to meet in person and to meet regularly by phone and electronically. This committee can organize for federal grants, provide a structure for agronomic forums with professionals, share key concepts across states and provinces, and more.


The Multistate committee will have membership from all participating states and provinces. Bill Gibbons of South Dakota and David Wright of Florida have agreed to co-chair this committee. Daniel Scholl of South Dakota has agreed to serve as the administrative advisor (AA).
